- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★No idea what the 1 star rating below is referencing. There are plenty of other bank options in the Bonsall / Fallbrook area. That being said Pacific Western has been my best experience thus far. Never a long wait. Very polite and courteous staff. They don't pull any of the shady stunts that I was experiencing at some of the other banks. I would definitely recommend this bank to a friend.By Alex Larsen, June 25, 2017
